At Counselling and Psychotherapy, I practice Gestalt Therapy to cultivate awareness and growth through times of uncertainty and change. It is a highly effective tool for anxiety treatment and depression counselling and our Melbourne therapists look forward to helping you feel connected, engaged and fulfilled.
